Seaweed snacks are a great replacement for packet chips, not only are they tasty but are good for you as well. Packed with more calcium than broccoli, they also contain protein, vitamins A and B-12.
People normally associate eating seaweed with sushi where the seaweed is usually soft while these snacks have a crunchy texture (just like chips) I am sure you will love them. They come in three different flavours: Kim Chi, Wasabi and Plain. Warning! both the Wasabi and Kim Chi are very hot, I felt a sting on my lips but kept eating because it’s so addictive!
A packet of 3 cost me $1.50 and are made in Korea. Best of all they are vegan and gluten free. You can find them at your local Asian grocery store
